Weight limits are honest, not a trap: loads are weighed on our weighbridge, and if you’re over we call you before anything changes. POPs items (sofas and upholstered seating) are quoted separately by law — mention them when booking.

What fits in a quarter load?
About 25–30 bin bags or a small van’s worth: a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a garden’s worth of green waste, the contents of an overstuffed shed shelf. Max 300kg — generous for household material.
What if my pile turns out bigger than I booked?
The crew upgrades you to the next fraction on the spot at the listed price difference — no penalty, no drama. It happens all the time.
Is 30 minutes of loading enough?
For most jobs, comfortably — two people move a lot in half an hour when the waste is gathered in one place. If your job looks longer (loose loft contents, long carries), tell us in the notes and we’ll quote the extra time up front.
Can the van take fridges, sofas or electricals?
Yes — this is exactly the right route for them, because they’re prohibited in skips. Fridges, screens and POPs sofas carry a small separate disposal charge set by the processors; list them in the booking notes and we’ll confirm the price before the visit.
